1. Why do I need to
create an account to make a purchase?
You are required to sign up for a customer account
only once with your initial purchase. Your basic information is kept
for future returns. No financial information is kept past
purchase. Also, creating a customer account is a good idea if you
purchase templates or other services that we offer as we from time
to time have "customer only" sales. Sales and discounts offered only
to registered members/customers.
2. What payment
solutions do you offer?
At this time we accept PayPal, credit cards are
accepted via PayPal at this time. We also accept US based Certified
checks or Money Orders However, if paying by mail your order will be
on hold until payment has cleared via the banking institution.
3. When will my
order be delivered?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 24 hours
Monday through Friday EST orders received over the weekend will be
processed on the following business day (Monday). Custom orders may
take longer and will be indicated in the follow-up email that you
will receive following the order being placed.
4. How do I edit the template I
just purchased?
Templates we create are easily edited using most HTML editors,
Notepad, Frontpage, Dreamweaver or other html editors. There are
many free and low cost editors that you may choose to use. Graphics:
you will need a image editor, Photoshop or other editor will work
well for these purposes. However, if you need assistance with make
changes please do contact us, depending on the assistance needed
there may be a small customization fee applied.
5. What type of products do you
offer?
We offer e-Product solutions for designing and building professional
and creative websites. Products offered include HTML and Flash
Templates, Logo Templates, Site Elements and much more…
6. Can I share a premium
membership?
NO. Premium memberships are non-transferable and under no
circumstances may accounts be shared. If you wish to purchase more
than one premium account please contact us first for possible
consideration of group discount/license. Each person will be
required to have their own account and password. I believe that the
free and extras contents of the membership restricted area are well
worth following this simple rule.
